Cancel, change plan, invoices.

There is no CommentCraft account. Your licence key is the login, and billing lives in Paddle's own portal — they hold the card, we never see it.

Open the billing portal

Cancel, switch between Starter and Pro, change the card, download invoices. Cancelling during the 7-day trial stops it before any charge.

Lost the key and just want to cancel? Open the portal with your email instead — Paddle mails you a sign-in link. Slower, but it needs nothing but the address you paid with.

Lost your licence key?

Enter the address you paid with and we'll mail the key again. For privacy this answers the same way whether or not the address has a licence — check your inbox, not this page.

Anything else

AppSumo licences are lifetime codes and have no Paddle portal — for those, and for anything the portal cannot do, email hello@commentcraft.app.
