The product
CommentCraft drafts LinkedIn comments. You remain the publisher. You are responsible for what you post, including LinkedIn’s terms. We do not automate posting, reactions, or profile actions.
Plans and allowance
Starter and Pro grant a monthly allowance. Unused allowance expires at period end and does not roll over. Both plans begin with a 7-day trial carrying a one-time allowance of 150 comments; the card on file is charged on day 8 unless you cancel first, and the trial is one per customer. We may adjust grant sizes with notice — a lifetime or prepaid grant is a capped liability, not an unbounded one.
Prices are stated in US dollars. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. They determine, collect and remit the tax for your country. For consumers in the EU and the UK the listed price is the gross price — VAT is included, not added — and the invoice shows the net amount and the VAT separately. Buyers in the US may see sales tax added at checkout. Businesses can enter a VAT ID at checkout, in which case VAT is not charged.
Acceptable use
No spam, no impersonation, no using the service to post at a volume or in a pattern that is designed to evade LinkedIn’s rules. We can suspend a licence that is being used that way.
Inference
Drafts are generated by third-party models via OpenRouter. Output can be wrong. Read it before you post.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of cardinal duties, and only for typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory product-liability rules stay intact.
Refunds
The full refund policy is also on its own page. The 7-day trial is the refund policy: you see exactly what the product does before a cent moves, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing and takes one click in Manage.
After the first charge:
- Within 14 days of a charge — email hello@commentcraft.app and we refund that payment in full, no reason needed. This applies to the first charge of a subscription and to each renewal. The licence stops generating when the refund is issued.
- After 14 days — cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund part-used months or the unused remainder of an annual term, because the monthly allowance is consumed as you go.
- If we broke it — an outage, a bug, or a change that removes something you were paying for: tell us and we refund, whatever the calendar says. Credits are never charged for a generation that failed; that is automatic and needs no request.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear. Annual plans bought at the discounted rate are refunded at the amount actually paid.
AppSumo lifetime codes are refunded under AppSumo's own 60-day policy, through AppSumo, not here.
Chargebacks: please email first. A chargeback costs us the payment plus a fee and gets the licence disabled automatically, and there is nothing in this policy you have to argue for.
Consumers
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right on digital services unless they expressly consent to begin immediately and acknowledge that they lose the right. Paddle’s checkout will collect that. German law. Consumers keep their statutory venue; merchants: Euskirchen.
