The product
CommentCraft drafts LinkedIn comments. You remain the publisher. You are responsible for what you post, including LinkedIn’s terms. We do not automate posting, reactions, or profile actions.
Plans and allowance
Free, Starter, Pro and Studio grant a monthly allowance. Unused allowance expires at period end and does not roll over. We may adjust grant sizes with notice — a lifetime or prepaid grant is a capped liability, not an unbounded one. Paid checkout is not live yet; these terms cover the product as sold once it is.
Acceptable use
No spam, no impersonation, no using the service to post at a volume or in a pattern that is designed to evade LinkedIn’s rules. We can suspend a licence that is being used that way.
Inference
Drafts are generated by third-party models via OpenRouter. Output can be wrong. Read it before you post.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of cardinal duties, and only for typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory product-liability rules stay intact.
Consumers
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right on digital services unless they expressly consent to begin immediately and acknowledge that they lose the right. Paddle’s checkout will collect that. German law. Consumers keep their statutory venue; merchants: Euskirchen.
